Organs and tissues will be recovered for the purpose of transplantation, however, in the event a donated organ or tissue cannot be used for transplant, an effort will be made to use the donation for research.

Join us for the 3rd annual Tour de Life ride to raise awareness of organ, eye, and tissue donation. Beginning at Fairpark in downtown Tupelo, riders may participate in the metric century, half metric century, or 11-mile ride. Register at racesonline.com/events/tour-de-life.
Registration will begin at 7 a.m. and the ride begins at 8 a.m.
Early bird registration is $40.00. Registration after May 31 is $50.00.
On Friday, June 14, at the Hilton Garden Inn we will host an early packet pickup and social event sponsored by Tupelo CVB at 5 p.m. Riders may also pick up their packet at the event.
FAIRPARK: In the heart of downtown Tupelo, Fairpark is home to a green space, a children’s playground, and splash fountain. You can snap a photo with the 1956 Elvis Homecoming Statue or Chief Piomingo.
PERK: Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau is giving every participant of the Tour de Life ride a “Riders Perk” package from participating Tupelo restaurants, attractions, and businesses offering a lunch, dinner, and drink special and special discounts on tourist attractions only redeemable for this weekend.
LODGING: The Hilton Garden Inn will be the host hotel providing a rate of $114.00 a night for participants. The Tupelo CVB will provide two complimentary rooms for the Tour de Life event. Participants that register before March 29 will have their names entered into a drawing for a chance to win a complimentary room at the Hilton Garden Inn for two nights. (Winners must stay the weekend of the Tour de Life event to qualify.)

Saturday, June 15:
Morning: Fairpark – registration 7 a.m. – race begins at 8 a.m. – you will ride through country towns and into the beautiful hills of northeast Mississippi –entertaining rest stops will be along the ride

Sunday, June 16:
At your leisure a fun recovery ride, the “Elvis’ Tupelo Self-Guided Bicycle Tour” takes you along the bike paths of Tupelo discovering Elvis Presley’s hometown history. Tupelo CVB will provide you with a MyCityBikes postcard at the pre-ride event on Friday night and at the ride on Saturday morning with the information needed for this tour.
