Organs and tissues will be recovered for the purpose of transplantation, however, in the event a donated organ or tissue cannot be used for transplant, an effort will be made to use the donation for research.

This is a renovation of the story of Linda C. Amos from October of 2013 to reflect the title change to Mississippi Miracle. Linda was an active woman that was limited by her heart troubles. It was determined one day she would need a heart transplant. Her miracle came on April 15th in 2011. She then got to meet her donor family on November 11th in 2013.
