Please fill out the form to register as an organ and tissue donor. By registering as a donor you consent to donate your organs and tissues at the time of your death. Organs and tissues will be recovered for the purpose of transplantation, however, in the event a donated organ or tissue cannot be used for transplant, an effort will be made to use the donation for research.
MORA works closely with workplaces that would like their employees to be educated on organ and tissue donation. Workplace Partnership materials are available to support understanding of and participation in this national program to increase donation and the number of designated organ and tissue donors in the United States
The Give 5 – Save Lives Tool Kit includes resources and tools to support participation in the Workplace Partnership for Life Give 5 – Save Lives campaign and help increase organ donation awareness and donor registration. The Tool Kit includes graphic campaign imagery and templates, such as a fact sheet, email blasts, web banners, table tents, and posters, which may be used by Workplace Partners in all campaign communications.
