MORA Seeks Hospital Development Coordinator

General Statement (Summary of duties and responsibilities):

The Hospital Development Coordinator (HDC) supports organ donation by planning and executing professional education programs in hospitals served by the Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency. The HDC collaborates with key hospital personnel to understand decision-making processes and assists in developing organ and tissue donation policies and procedures. They also provide education and awareness programs and conduct donor or referral follow-ups. Additionally, the HDC is responsible for departmental projects assigned by the Director of Hospital Development.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of one-year prior work experience in an organ recovery environment or a four-year degree in marketing, nursing, or a life-science preferred or related work experience.
