Please fill out the form to register as an organ and tissue donor. By registering as a donor you consent to donate your organs and tissues at the time of your death. Organs and tissues will be recovered for the purpose of transplantation, however, in the event a donated organ or tissue cannot be used for transplant, an effort will be made to use the donation for research.

More than 1,300 Mississippians are on the waiting list for a life-saving transplant. 70% of those waiting are African American. However, only 20% of registered organ, eye, and tissue donors in Mississippi are African American.
Let’s close the gap by increasing awareness of the need for donation within our communities, having the conversation about donation with our loved ones, and by registering as an organ, eye, and tissue donor.
